The Use of variables in the Module Reminders

The use of variables in the reminder module

The use of variables allows the user to have as much free hands as possible in the preparation of the electronic message. Optionally it is possible to form the head, the specification and footer. The variables that can be inserted into the template are replaced with the corresponding values when creating messages.

Variables can be used in the following texts on the Reminders Periods tab:

  • Header Note
  • Specification text
  • Footer note

Variables that can be used in the header note:

#SubjTotalTotal#

The total value of all overdue liabilities for each Subject. Recommended for listing by Subject and documents 1AD.

#SubjTotal#

The total value of overdue liabilities for each Subject for the selected period (highlighted tab for the period at printout). Recommended for detailed report 1AB.

#SubjTotalChosen# The total value of overdue liabilities selected in grid Documents of Selected Subject for each Subject for the selected period (highlighted tab for the period at printout). Recommended for detailed report 1AB.

#SubjIntrest#             

The total interest value for each Subject.

#Subj#       Subject code from Subjects register.
#SubjName2#       Subject name from Subject register.

 

Variables that can be used in Specification text:

#Date#

The date of preparation of reminders.

#Document#

The document number.

#DateDoc#

The Date of the document.

#DateDue#

The due date of the dokcument.

#DocTotal#

The total amout of opened documents.

#DocIntrest#

The total interest value for the document.

#DocCurrency#         

The document currency.
