Vaccination entry
Animal owners must ensure that they vaccinate their animals on time. Some vaccinations for animals are mandatory, while others are merely recommended. All vaccinations can be entered in the PANTHEON VET program in the menu Veterinary | Treatment on the Vaccination tab.

Below we show you an example of entering a vaccination in the treatment document.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE
The responsible person in the veterinary clinic wants to create a vaccination treatment document. The animal owner Lia Bengal brought her cat Flori to the clinic, which veterinarian Valerija will vaccinate against rabies with the RABISIN vaccine. The treatment document is created by following these steps:
- Creating the treatment document
- Entering data on the Owner/Animal entry tab
- Entering data on the Vaccination tab

1. Creating the treatment document
The responsible person creates the treatment document, where they will enter the vaccination data for the cat.
In the menu Veterinary | Treatment selects the document type option, in our case document type: CLI3 - Clinic.
The CLI3 - Clinic form opens, where the last created treatment document is displayed.
The responsible person clicks the button Enter record.
A new treatment document is created, which has fields cleared for new data entries. In our case, the document number is created: 23-CLI3-000010, when the responsible person clicks the button Save.

WARNING
The program automatically assigns the next sequential number to the document when the user clicks the button Save.

Continues to enter data about the owner and the animal.
2. Entering data on the Owner/Animal entry tab
On the tab Owner/Animal entry enter the owner’s data in the field Subject.
In our case, select: Lia Bengal. The other fields about the owner are automatically filled in.
In the field Veterinarian select the veterinarian who performed the vaccination from the list: Valerija Veterinarian.
In the position, add the animal that was vaccinated by clicking the button Add animal.
A window opens Add animals for treatment with a list of all the owner’s animals.

You can filter the list of animals by various criteria that are at the top of the window.

In our case, select the position with the data of the cat Flori and by clicking the button Add, it is added to the treatment document.
The data of the selected animal is recorded in the treatment document.
In Type of treatment the switch is automatically selected: Individual treatment.

TIP
If you want to enter vaccination data for multiple animals in the field Type of treatment select Group treatment.

When the data about the cat is recorded in the treatment document, continue to enter the vaccination treatment.
3. Entering data on the Vaccination tab
The responsible person positions themselves on the tab Vaccination.
In the section Vaccination entry they start entering data about the vaccination.
In the column Type of vaccination select the type of vaccination from the dropdown list, in our case: 1 - VACCINATION OF CAT - RABISIN.

TIP
You can add the type of vaccination to the position using the functionality New vaccination. Read the procedure in the user case New vaccination.

The window Issuance of serial numbers for ident: VACCINE_RAB.
In the window, the field Differenceis marked in red, indicating that a free serial number for the ident must be selected.
On the left side, two free serial numbers with the corresponding stock are recorded in the positions. The responsible person double-clicks on Serial No.: 3332120 in the first position and adds it.
The program reports the information: The number of serial numbers has been reached!
In the field Difference the difference in quantity is nullified.
The window Issuance of serial numbers is closed by clicking the button 
(Close).
A new window Issuance of serial numbers automatically opens again, but now for ident: DEHINEL_TAB_CAT.
The procedure for adding free serial numbers is repeated for this ident as well.
In the treatment document, the other columns (shown in the image below) are automatically filled in.
The ident of the vaccine, quantity, periodicity, and date of the next vaccination are recorded.
The data is transferred from the record Type of vaccination to Vaccination types code.
The responsible person concludes the treatment by clicking the button Finish.
The treatment document is printed by clicking the button Print. You can read the detailed procedure for printing the clinic journal in the user case Print.
