Requests

In the Requests tab, you can edit and submit your requests (e.g., for the yearly leave). Visible are the requests of the logged user and the option to submit a request.

The screen can be divided into the following sections:
- Toolbar with tabs and action buttons
- Header with the search criteria
- Requests list of the employee.

The toolbar contains tabs with shortcuts to the other parts of work records: My records, Attendance, Leave, and the action button:
In the header, the list of requests can be filtered according to the following fields:

A search string is entered.

Request type
|
You can select the request type:
- Absences (leave, sick leave) – uses the Leave, sick leave register in Settings | Work records.
- Work obligations (early exit from work) – uses the Work obligations register in Settings | Work records.
- Other (replacement) – uses the Miscellaneous tasks register in Settings | Work records.

Request type
|
You can choose one or several absence types, work obligations or various other tasks. The subordinate types are filled in from registers in Settings | Work records.

Status |
The status of the request can be selected:
- Pending
- Approved
- Rejected
- Informed
|
This is the table with information about the logged user's requests. The requests are visible according to the conditions or filters selected in the header. Displayed are the following fields with information, according to which the requests can be sorted:
Request type
|
Type of absence, work obligation or various other tasks.
The subordinate lines are filled in from the registers in Settings | Work records.

Request date |
The date of the request creation. |
Start |
The first day (date) of absence or other type of request. |
End |
The final day (date) of absence or other type of request. |
Comment (Employee) |
The employee's comment. |
Comment (Superior) |
The comment of the superior. |
Superior
|
The employee's superior, in charge of the request. The superior is set in the General data of the Employee.

Status |
The current request status:
- Pending
- Approved
- Rejected
- Informed
