- Setting up Employee Files

Enter the appropriate fields for degree of dysfunction and physical injuries of an employede in State of Health | Disability panel in Employee Files.

You have to check Disabled employee over prescribed quota:

  • to record the number of employed disabled persions in field 013a and pension and disability insurance contributions which are then recorded in fields 502 and 602 of the Calculated column in collective REK-1 form,
  • to check field A014 in iREK form,
  • to fill in data in items 5.1 and 5.3 in KV_N form,
  • in order not to create payment orders for pension and disability insurance (employee and employer contributions) in Payment Orders panel in Payroll.

- Settings in Administration Panel

Select company type in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Company | General:

  • L - Legal Entity
  • N - Individual
  • S - Sheltered Workshop

The selected type is entered in the Payer Type field that can be found in Personell | Payroll | General. It works in the opposite direction, that is, if you select any option in the Payer Type field it will be entered in the Company Type field.

Selecting sheltered workshop, it is displayed in field 004 in REK-1 form.

Accounting for payroll for DAVIDOFF NASTASJA which is an employee with disabilities over the treshold

 

Apply the same earnings type as for other employees and perform payroll calculation for all employees simultaneously.

    - Payment Orders

Payment orders fot employer and employee contributions are not created for persons with disabilities over the treshold because they are accounted for.
