Example:
Let us say we want to include employee Nastasja Davidoff in Regular pay created from 2007-01 which always contains the following:

Meals - PRE,
-
Work commute - PRV, and
-
Normal work - RDC.
The employee is entitled to the annual leave bonus from 2007-05 on. Plus, she is granted anniversary reward for period 2007-11.

Pay Slips panel inPersonnel l Employee Files l Position/Salary.

Enter or select Regular pay as document type. This automatically enters the Document Name field. Then set period 2007-01 from which the employee receives pay.

Proceed by setting earnings types in the right-hand box.
First set Meals - PRE, that is, the meal allowance.

Press Tab or down arrow key to add a new line.

Then enter or select earnings types for commuting to work and normal work.

Press Tab or down arrow key to add a new line under Document Type column. Set annual leave bonus and in Period From field period 2007-05.

In the end set anniversary bonus. Since it is only granted in November, you have to enter period 2007-11 in the Period To field.
