If you have selected the Formula option, you will have to select from the lookup list the formula by which the program will calculate the leave to an employee.

If you do not select the formula in the Formula field, the program will fill-in the formula that you have defined for the employee's position of employment.

If you have not defined the leave formula in the position of employment, the program will fill-in the formula that you have defined in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Leave panel.

Formula
In this field you can select the leave formula for the employee which is currently active in the Employee Files.
Information
In this table, the program will display individual lines from the leave formula that you have selected. Lines will contain values which will also be summed up at the end.

If the formula contains an error, the program will display the text of the line in red letters.

Additionally, the program will display w. y. -  whole year (if the employee is entitled to receive the annual leave):

- if an employee is employed for a limited duration and will not work a whole year;
- if an employee started to work after the July 1.

Last Year's Unused LeaveAt the end of the year, the program will transfer employee's unused leave in the Last Year's Leave field. You can define the date to which the employee has to use this leave in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Leave panel.  If this validity date differs from employee to employee, you can delete this last year's leave by selecting Delete Last Year's Unused Leave option in the 52131.gif .
Once, you have selected the option, a special window for deleting the leave will open. The program will fill in data of the currently active employee from whom you have run the function for deleting. For additional information read chapter Delete Last Year's Unused Leave!
