In this panel you can enter data about protective equipment which will be used by the employee at his or her position of employment. The employee must use the equipment correctly, selecting the right equipment for the job, making sure equipment is safe to use and keeping it safe through regular maintenance, inspection and, if appropriate, thorough examination, training how to use equipment safely and following manufacturers’ or suppliers’ instructions.

Clothing Size In this field you can enter the clothing size of the employee. This way, you have information of the size for the employee's protective equipment.
Shoe Size
 In this field you can enter the shoe size of the employee.
Means of Protection In this field you can select from the lookup list the protective equipment (data will be transferred from the register of protective equipment).
Utilization Start In this field you can select from the calendar the date on which the employee received his or her protective equipment.
Int.
The interval in which the protective equipment has to be replaced or checked. The program will enter this field automatically if the interval has been previously defined in the register of Protective Equipment. You can enter the interval here as well.
Utilization End In this field you can select from the calendar the date, on which the employee has returned the protective equipment.
Examination Date In this field the program will enter the date automatically according to the entered interval and the utilization start.
Note
In this section you can enter notes.
000001.gif Active equipment are equipment without the utilization end!
000001.gif In the small tools inventory you can track the inventory on the protective equipment and the program will display a warning if you should try to assign the employee equipment not on stock.
