Receiving 

Select the method to check the quantity of receiving (received finished products from work orders to warehouse):

 

Item Type
 In this field you can select the ID of the item type for which the settings are valid.
Minus [%] Determine the allowed deviation (in percentage) of the usage from the standardized usage. The usage can be lower from the standardized usage only for the here defined percentage..
Plus [%] Determine the allowed deviation (in percentage) of the usage from the standardized usage. The usage can be greater from the standardized usage only for the here defined percentage..

 

Issue

Select the method to check used quantities:

Item Type
 In this field you can select the ID of the item type for which the settings are valid.
Minus [%] Determine the allowed deviation (in percentage) of the usage from the standardized usage. The usage can be lower from the standardized usage only for the here defined percentage..
Plus [%] Determine the allowed deviation (in percentage) of the usage from the standardized usage. The usage can be greater from the standardized usage only for the here defined percentage..

If the usage does not meet the criteria you have defined here, the program will not confirm work orders and movements of issue and receiving will not be created. If so, the program reports an error.

 

Example of use:

You will not be able to confirm a work order if the used quantity of items with the item type 200 does not equal the standardized quantity.

 

You will be able to confirm the work order if the used quantity of the item with the item type 500 is equal to or not smaller than 10% of the standardized quantity or equal to or not greater than 10% of the standardized quantity.

 

000001.gif If you do not determine the quantity for a certain item type in the Check Quantity panel, the program will not run the check for that type.

For this example, the program will run only the check for the standardized quantity of the item type 200 and 500.
