Use the Quick Pricing function to view sale prices by pricing levels. You can easily convert them to another currency (e.g. from EUR to USD). On entering the subject you can also view contract prices of customers.

000001.gif To view quick pricing, press the 005418.gif  005428.gif combination in line of document of receiving or issue. Doing so the program automatically fills in relevant information about the subject and item!

Subject Enter or select a subject from the Subjects register. The information about the currency used is retrieved from the Customers register (Subjects). All prices recorded in Items will be converted accordingly.
If contract prices have been set for subject, the value is used in the Unit Price field accordingly.
Pricing Level After selecting a subject, the pricing level is set according to the setting in the Customers register (Subjects). If you change pricing level, the data displayed in the Unit Price field is changed accordingly.
Item Enter or select an item from the Items register.
Name Enter or select an item name from the Items register.

 
Currency Set currency for price. By default:
  • selecting a subject - the subject's default currency
  • not having select a subject - default currency set in Program Parameters.

If you change currency or if currency conversion needs to be performed (e.g. prices in register are expressed in EUR but you want to convert them to USD for customer), the exchange rate list set in Bank - Price List in Administration Panel | Company| General will be used.
Tax Set tax type from the Items register (it affects tax calculation and due amount).
Formula Set formula used in calculating sale price.
Quantity Enter quantity take-off. It is applied in the pricing process. Additionally, it is used in pricing formulas where the latter refererence quantity take-off.
Discount Enter discount from customer's price list. Enter it as percentage value.
Unit Price Displays a customer-specific price according to pricing hierarchy. You can also enter it manually.
Net Price Displays amount of net price (= price + discount_percentage).
Value Displays total value (net_price * quantity).
Discount Displays amount of discount (discount_percentage * quantity).
Tax Displays amount of tax charged according to the set tax type (amount * tax_percentage).
Final Price Displays final price (final_price - discount + tax).
Show All Prices If checked, it displays the panel showing prices from the Items register. The panel displays prices across all pricing levels (see Sales ), as well as purchase price (see Purchase). Finally, the prices get converted to the set currency. You can view the ratio between the unit price (set in the register) and customer-specific net price (the "Net Price" field) in the "Ratio" column.

Show Stock If checked, it displays the panel showing available stock (for more information see Stock).
