Select WO Schedule from wizards menu WO Scheduling in Process Work Orders opening a window where you can view deadlines of operations in work orders over the selected time period and in the set resources.

 

Set Time Period of Operations in Criteria:

Period From
Enter or select a start date and time of period you want to view.
(Period) To
Enter or select a end date and time of period you want to view.
WO From - To
Enter or select range of WO numbers by which you want to restrict selection.
Customer
enter or select customer in work order.
Plan
 Enter or select plan No, according to which work order was created.

Additional Parameters

Parent WO

Restricting by entered parent WOs.

WO From - To Restrict work orders by a set of parent WOs.
No Parent WO DN If checked, allows you to select criteria only for those WOs without parent WOs.

 
All Linked
 If checked, selects all parent and child work orders according to set criteria.
If All Linked is checked all other checkboxes, that is, All Parents, All Children and Include Parents are hidden.
All Parents
 If checked, selects all parent work orders.
All Children
 If checked, selects all child work orders.
Include Parents If checked, includes parent WOs according to set criteria.

Product Criteria

Item
Enter or select a product ID.
Name
Enter or select a name of product.
Primary Category
 Enter or select an ID of primary category of item.
Secondary Categ.
 Enter or select an ID of secondary category of item.
Item Types
Select item type of lines in plan for which work orders will be released. The selection is restricted by items of type P - Products (products/semi-finished products), C - Compound Goods as well as U - Compound Services. Whether items of type C and U are available depends on how you set phantom functionality in program parameters settings. 
Work Order Document Type
 Here you can select a document type or types by which you want to restrict selection. If no document types have been selected, all are considered in selection.

Having set period as well as other parameters and clicking Refresh generates a list of scheduled data on carrying out operations for resources you selected. Reversed work orders are not included here.

Lines of Available Resources Included in the Selected Period:

Resource
Displays ID of resource where operations in the selected period are carried out.
Name
Displays name of the resource.
Work From
Displays the time work started on a specific resource.
Work To
Displays the time work ended on a specific resource.
Capacity Displays resource capacity in the given time period. It depends on the settings of individual resource as well as on the calendar settings.

 

Planned TimeDisplays sum total of time planned for carrying out the operation on individual resource for a given time period.

 

Cycle TimeDisplays total cycle time on resource for the given time period.

 

Occupied [%]Displays the amount how resource is occupied expressed in percentage. Basically it is calculated by dividing resource capacity by planned time.

 

Available [&] Displays the amount how resource is available, expressed in percentage. Basically it is calculated by dividing resource capacity by planned time.

 

Lines of Operations Appearing in Bottom Section of Resource Load

WO
Displays an ID of work order containing the operation.
Line
Displays number of line of operation in manufacturing specification.
Alt.
Displays alternate line.
Operation
Displays an operation ID.
Description
Displays a name of the operation.
Start
Displays date and time when the operation was started on the selected resource.
End Date
Displays date and time when the operation was finished on the selected resource.
Customer
Displays a customer in work order.
Plan Displays plan No.
Planned TimeDisplays amount of time planned for individual operation on resource.

 
Cycle TimeDisplays amount of cycle time for operation.

 

Click Refresh when changing period or any other criteria.

Graphically Representing Resource Load

 

In order to view graphically represented resource load in a given time period click Graphically tab in Resource Load box that can be found in the bottom section of window.

First chart represents capacity of individual resource and the other column-type chart represents resource load (planned time).
