Overview of Working Hours Use

According to 13. article of Act of attendance in accordance with the labor law and social security (ZEPDSV) Official gazette 40/2006 all Employers must keep records of working hours, which can be made with the report 3DA - Overview of Working Hours Use.

 

We can display a report Overview of working hours, by setting the following criteria: Employees, Departments, Cost Center and Period From/To. In field Period we can choose only those periods that are created in Register of Average Salaries. For correct and legally necessary data, payrolls must be calculated. The information that we are displaying, is described below. 

 

 

 

 

 Criteria:

First name - last name

Data are taken from Employee Files l General l Last name, name

Working hours

  • FULL TIME: if we in Employee Files l ... l Salary Parameters / Hours per week  choose 36 hours or more;
  • PART TIME: if we in Employee Files l ... l Salary Parameters/ Hours per week choose 35 hours or less.

Date

Date of working. Data are filled from panel Absence l Absence overview (from date to date) and from the panel Working Hours l Tasks from the columns Start - End.

Start

Start time. Data are from panel Absence l Overview of absence | absence Type, column Date from and panel Working Hours | from the column Date From.

End

End time. Data are from panel Absence l Overview of absence | absence Type, column Date from and panel Working Hours| Tasks from the column Date From

Type

Working type, which we have set in Calendar Entry Types in the panel Working hours from the column ID. Data is filled from Employee files from the panel Absence | Absence overview from the column Absence Type and from the panel Working Hours | Tasks from the column Cal. Entry.  

Name

Name of the working hours which we have previously set in Calendar Entry Types in the column Description. Data is also filled from Employee files from the panel Absence | Absence overview from the column Absence Type and from the panel Working Hours | Tasks from the column Name.

Duration

How many hours did he/she work.

Number of hours of Increased Length of service

Data is filled in case we have in Employee Files |…| Salary Parameters in the field Increase selected increased length of service and we have done the salary calculation.

ID of length of service Increase

Data is filled in case we have in Employee Files |…| Salary Parameters in the field Increase selected a code for increased length of service and we have done the salary calculation.

EMPLOYEE

Calendar

The total worked hours are displayed by individual types from the calendar.

Total

The sum of all hourly types from the calendar are displayed.

Full-time

The total number of full-time is reported from the calendar by individual types.

Total Full-Time

The sum of total full-time are displayed from the calendar.

Part-time

The total number of part-time is reported from the calendar by individual types.

Total Part-Time

The sum of total part-time are displayed from the calendar.

Hours worked during overtime

The types of calculated hours that have set in Earning types in the field Form M4: U - Overtime.

Not worked hours for which salary compensation is received from the employer's funds

The types of calculated hours that have set in Earning types in the fields Form M4: U - Overtime and Absence Reason (sick leave): 00- No sick leave refund.

Not worked hours for which salary compensation is received at the expense of other organizations

The types of calculated hours that have set in Earning types in the field Type of Income: N – Salary compensations not at the expense of legal entities.

Not worked hours for which no salary compensation is received

The types of calculated hours that have set in Earning types in the field Type of Income: Z – Unpaid absence and Absence type: Absence without leave.

Total hours of Los bonus

Sum of types of calculated hours that will be reported on this report in the column Hours for LoS bonus.

 

In a case that we move the mouse on the subject, employee, document, position, fixed asset, cost center or department than the mouse change shape: . In this case with a single mouse click open the appropriate register for document or employee files with the correspondent record.
