By selecting the Formula controls function from the Wizards menu in the toolbar of posting templates, you can search for duplicate records in the report.

PANTHEON checks the duplicate accounts in the lines and doubling of the reference to the cells. This control is intended for information purposes only. In some financial reports, it is acceptable that duplicated cell references appear due to the nature of the reports.

The form Financial Report Check opens:

 

Search For

Insert characters for searching. You can use also the special character %.

Chart of Accts.

Select the chart of accounts to be checked. Various chart of accounts may have different settings.

Account

Select the account you want to check.

Find

Finds the desired set of characters or account.

Show Duplicate Records

Shows duplicate records.

Reset

Resets the search of characters or accounts.

This form is very similar to the form for Financial Report Check.
