Wizzards
Toolbar in New FA Inventory shows Wizzard button with below action buttons.

IMPORTANT
The Wizard button appears when we add an Item to the inventory document or open an existing inventory document.

| Export |
By selecting the Export function from the Wizards menu in the toolbar of the Inventory Count form, a window opens where you can export the existing data from the register to a files:
- LOCATIONS.TXT – Export of the existing locations register.
- SREDSTVA.TXT – Export of all active fixed assets (Status) from the Fixed Assets register.

By selecting the Import function the Wizards menu in the toolbar of the Inventory Count form, you can import inventory count files prepared manually or using a by barcode reader. |
| Fill |
By selecting the Fill function the Wizards menu in the toolbar of the Inventory Count form, the imported data is compared with the Fixed Assets register to look for fixed assets that are in the register and have not been counted (listed). |

By selecting the Simple Import function the Wizards menu in the toolbar of the Inventory Count form, the selected fixed assets are transferred into the Fixed Assets register. |
