Knjiženje se izvrši i ako postoje greške pod uvjetom da je temeljnica izravnana, tj. da su dugovna i potražna strana jednake. Ako temeljnica nije izravnana, knjiženje se može izvršiti samo ako je to dopušteno u vrsti dokumenta temeljnice.
