We use the Checkbox wherever we need to decide whether an option should be selected or not.

The status of the checkbox can be changed by clicking the option or by pressing the Space bar. If the field is checked, the checkbox is marked with a tick that has an orange background. In the opposite case, the checkbox is empty.
