Double-clicking into an input field opens the register connected with the selected field.

CASE SUMMARY

The user wants to open the Postal areas register from the Subjects register. The user wants to check the postal area that is entered for the subject TECTA poslovalnica d.o.o., and which postal areas are still available for Ljubljana. To do this, the user follows these steps:

  1. Opening the Subjects register
  2. Opening the Postal areas register by double-clicking

 

1. Opening the Subjects register

The user selects Settings | Subjects | Subjects to open the Subjects register.

Using the lookup window, the user searches for the TECTA poslovalnica d.o.o. record.

In the General section, the user locates the Postal code field, where the postal code SI-1000 is entered.

2. Opening the Postal areas register by double-clicking

Double-clicking into the Postal code field will open the Postal areas register, where the user can edit and add records.
