Panel is intendent to set Task, where we have for every event a possibility of interval and recipient.

Line

A number of scheduled event or task. We cannot change the data.

Name

The name of scheduled event or task. We cannot change the data, because they are predefined.

Interval

A setting of executing intervals, which actually means for how many days in advance the event will be checked or if the data are there.

Last Entry in Tasks

Last entry of date and time, when the event was actually executed and transferred into task. Data is written on the press on the button Save to Task (if there are data).

Status

For every event we set if its active (confirmed checker) or inactive. This means if the individual event will be transferred into task.

Group

We select the group with which we set, who will receive individual event in the task.

Recipients

From drop-down menu we select recipients, for who the task was intended.

Save to Tasks

By pressing on the button, the program check all active events and writes them into form Task Overview that are selected in Recipients. Conditions for transfer to task are confirmed checker in Status, Interval and Last Entry in Task. Program check also the condition Last Entry in Tasks and Interval which means, that means that in this time it will not be entered again into Task. In case we would like for reentry is necessary to delete field in the column Last Entry in Task and again press Save to Task.
