Set a valid date of skill/ability. The following message is returned if you leave the field empty:

| Suitability |
Enter or select suitability from Position Suitability. Double-click the field to open the Position Suitability register. |
| Importance |
Enter a degree of importance from Position Importance. Double-click the field to open the Position Importance register. |
