Payroll

The payroll has been created for the calculation of salaries. It can be accessed from modelu Personnel.

The module has more functions:

• Payroll Overview
• Payroll Preparation
• Reports  
• Search for Compensation Basis for over 30 Days
• Search for Compensation Basis for up to 30 Days
• Income Report

For the correct functioning of the module you must appropriately define following registers: 

• Average Salaries,
• Contributions  
• Salary Grades,
• Income Sources,
• Income and Payroll Tax Rates,
• Work Types,
• Earnings Types.

At the creation of the first payroll, you must check if program parameters and Document Types Settings are defined correctly.

You must appropriately fill-in the Employee files with all required personal data and data for the payroll.
