Service module is for monitoring service activity of a company. Characteristically for services are balance movements of receivings and issues. As many pieces as you received, so many you need to issue, or replace them with different items, or close them with a credit or debit, and vice versa. Therefore, the services have a predefined warehouse claim, at which you run the stock in quantity and value.

 

In the Service module you are monitoring customer claims as well as supplier claims. Overview of open, partially-open or closed customer and supplier claims are available in Service | Reports.
