Opening the panel, you can view databases. Besides showing the number of all records in databases it also displays how many records are there in individual tables (for example subjects, invoices, orders, lines, etc.). It is useful when you attempt to identify whether the amount of data or a hardware malfunction is causing lower end performance of the program package.

Performance is highly dependant on type of database in question, but it holds generally that with installations containing more than 100.000 records it is better to make use of the client/server system.
