Import of Fixed Assets from Excel file

Import of Fixed Assets from Excel File

Function "Import from Excel File"  can be found on Import/Export button of Fixed Assets form. It enables import of Fixed assets with all detail necessary for further work, postings and evidences.

 

File Path

Path to excel file for import fixed assets data.

Open

Use Open button to transfer data from excel file in Pantheon grid.

Transfer Use  Transfer button to enter data in fixed assets register.
Register Overview USe Register Overview button to review prepared data and their match with register in Pantheon.
Fill In Missing Registers on Transfer Some of missing data in registers can be completed with this option marked. These registers are (subjects, chart of account, cost centers.

 

The Excel file must contain the following columns in the following order;

  • Blue fields represent data in the FA (Fixed Assets)/ST (Small Tools) header,
  • Red fields represent data in the position status,
  • Green fields represent data in the FA/ST movement and
  • Yellow fields are optional fields:
    • Inventory No.
    • Quantity
    • Name
    • Name 2
    • Acquisition Date
    • Activation Date
    • Disposal Date
    • Deactivation
    • Deprec. Category
    • Accelerated Depr. (T/F)
    • Deprec. Factor
    • Cost
