PANTHEON is a state-of-the-art ERP system with numerous advanced functions and tools for accomplishing common and less-common business operations. Because PANTHEON strives to cover as many business operations as possible, it is becoming increasingly complex for all users, especially with functionalities that are used less often.
Quick assistance is therefore very important, as it saves time, reduces costs and saves many nerves. Exactly that is the purpose of the User Site - providing information to users, offering support and training options and self-support resources for the various PANTHEON modules.
The User Site is an information portal with many resources:
- the main page contains the latest news and information;
- the Help Desk is the official way of contacting your support provider;
- Help
- Documentation contains instructions for use of PANTHEON; can also be downloaded for offline reading;
- videos of how-tos and new functionalities;
- remote support allows your support provider to assist you by connecting to your computer and working with it remotely
- development history and plans contains all performed and planned changes and improvements in PANTHEON;

Methods of assistance available at the User Site

There are a number of situations where users might require assistance:
Issues that do not affect normal work are often about PANTHEON-specific terminology. In most cases, users will find answers in
online help or at the forums.
Issues that affect work include settings and functionalities that are either too complex for users to comprehend easily or insufficient information is available in
online help or at the forums. Users may contact their support provider through
Help Desk or request remote support.
Training is the domain of the Datalab Academy, which offers users basic and advanced courses in PANTHEON. This also includes instructional videos and videos about new functionalities in PANTHEON.
PANTHEON is not immune to errors. If you find any errors, please report it to your Datalab partner, who will then forward it to Datalab so that the issue can be resolved as soon as possible.
Improvement suggestions are always welcome. Users are encouraged to tell Datalab what would make their everyday work with PANTHEON easier. Users submit their proposal to their Datalab partner, who evaluates it and if deemed appropriate forwards it to Datalab, where the proposal is considered.
Users are recommended to report any issues regarding PANTHEON at
Help Desk to their support provider.
