Documentation

Documentation is an integrated document system (DMS) in PANTHEON .
The Documentation module can be accessed in Settings | Documentation.

The Documentation User Manual is subdivided into the following sub-chapters:
| Documents |
The Documents form enables central supervision of all the documents in documentation. In this chapter, we have covered use cases for supervision, editing, and the import and export of documents into documentation.
|
| Mailroom |
The Mailroom form is a single form that supports bi-directional, user-defined mailboxes for sending and retrieving messages and documents between PANTHEON DMS and external resources. It is a digital mailroom, where incoming and outgoing communications are processed, organized, and routed to the appropriate destinations or users.
It allow you to connect to external resources such as web services, emails, printers, local folders, ftp, etc.
|
| Send SMS or Email |
The Send SMS or Email feature is used to notify customers about dates, arrived items or other contents. The feature is used to notify subjects who are entered in the Subjects register.

Classification Scheme
|
The Classification Scheme is a general and the most important scheme for sorting documentary material. It defines the documentation hierarchy, documentation type and its purpose very accurately. In the chapters, we have shown use cases of predefined classification scheme transfer, creating and editing classifications, authorisation settings, etc.
|
| Exchange Settings |
The Exchange Settings enable us to differentiate between PANTHEON and an external system. In this way, a two-way data exchange is enabled.
|
| Workflow Design |
eWorkflows enable a faster and better management of business processes, which are taking place within your company every day. The Workflow Design form allows for an independent creation and editing of eWorkflows.
|
| To-Do |
To-Do allows for an organization and execution of everyday tasks. In the case of an employee's absence we can simply make sure that the work does not fall behind, by redirecting tasks to another user.
In this chapter, we have included use cases of creating tasks, checking the task list, redirecting tasks to another user, running several tasks at once, etc.
