Owner / animal entry
Data about the owner and the animal are basic information that the responsible person in the veterinary clinic enters into the treatment document. They can be added in various ways (manually, via a reader) and from different sources (import from the Volos portal, manually - by adding a new animal).
We have prepared examples and descriptions of the functionality that can be found in the tab Owner / animal entry. The tab is located on the treatment documents, which we access in the menu Veterinary | Treatment.
The manual is divided into the following chapters:
| Search |
When creating a new treatment document, we enter the data about the owner and the animal that will be treated. For this purpose, a search tool has been prepared that allows quick and efficient searching in the Owner and animal code list. In this chapter, we have prepared an example of searching for an owner and an animal using the search tool.

| Volos |
When the owner of cattle comes to the veterinary clinic, the responsible person can transfer the data about the animals from the national web portal Volos. In this chapter, we have prepared an example of importing data from the Volos portal.

| Add animals |
In one treatment document, we can treat multiple animals at the same time. The animals can be of the same or different species. In this chapter, we have prepared an example of adding animals to the treatment document using the Add animalsbutton.

New animal
|
In the treatment document, we can add a new animal that has not yet been registered in the Owner/animal code list. The animal will be added to both the treatment document and the Owner / animal code list.

Reader
|
The reader allows quick and easy searching for animals, where we read the barcode of the animal's chip with the reader. In this chapter, we have prepared an example of searching for an animal in the treatment document using the reader.
