Sending PANTHEON document to BetrSign

PANTHEON documents (Reports) can be sent directly from Report window to BetrSign using reports that support digital signing. This enables users to streamline their workflow by sending documents for electronic signature without leaving the application.

Below, see a use case for the feature.

Case summary The person responsible wants to send an invoice for signing via BetrSign to their customer. They generate report 2SP - Invoice with signer from PANTHEON issue document 3000 -Sale and send it via BetrSign mailbox. They do this by following these steps: Generating a report Sending the report via BetrSign mailbox

1. Generating a report

The person responsible generates a 2SP - Invoice with signer report from 3000 - Sale document.

They do this with right mouse click on Invoice button and selecting 2SP - Invoice with signer.

When the report is generated there is a blue rectangle at the bottom of the report with the name of customer's Contact person. 

Warning Sending can be successful only if contact person has following info set in the Subjects register: Name Last Name E-mail Mobile Phone Preferred Phone

2. Sending the report via BetrSign mailbox

They continue by sending the report to BetrSign.

In the toolbar of the Report window they click on the Mailbox and select BetrSign mailbox from the list.

After the document is sent to BetrSign, an information is displayed which they confirm by clicking the OK button.

IMPORTANT If document delivery to BetrSign fails, the documents remain saved in the documentation, within the BetrSign mailbox, and retain the status Send. You can send them at later time, by clicking on the BetrSign send documents eWorkflow in the Mailroom | BetrSign mailbox.
