Select Quantity and Value Check report in Manufacturing Analysis and click Report (or double-click the report) in order to display it according to the set criteria.

Report includes data about actual material consumption and work completed as offset from the planned.

Specific lines of materials and operations on work orders are displayed for each work order separately.

The following data are displayed in the report header:

Report generated The date and time when a report was generated are displayed in the header.
Document Type
ID and name of document type appear in the header.
Report Name Report name as set in Document Types settings - in this case Quantity and Value Check - appears here.
Work Order Displays an ID of work order.
Product
Displays an ID and name of product in production.
Finished
Displays how far into the finish stage is work order (expressed in percentage) if comparing the produced/transferred quantity against the planned one.
Status
Displays a wok order status.

Specific Data Related to Issued Lines:

Line Displays a line of item on work order.
Item
Displays an ID of material (assembly material line) which is issued to work order.
Description
Displays a name of material or operation being issued to work order.
Planned
Displays a quantity in line for issue to work order.
Used
Displays a quantity issued to work order.
Neg. Offset % Displays a negative offset in percentage.
Here it is calculated whether the actual consumption is less than the planned one: 100-(100*Used/Planned).
pos. offset %
Displays a positive offset in percentage.
Here it is calculated whether the actual consumption is greater than the planned one: (100*Used/Planned)-100. 
Value - Expected Displays a quantity in line for issue to work order. To calculate planned value make use of the valuation price for material consumption (operations) which you would use in issuing to WO.
Value - Used Displays a quantity issued to work order.

 

Neg. Offset % Displays a negative offset in percentage.
Here it is calculated whether the actual consumption is less than the planned one: 100-(100*Used/Planned).
pos. offset % Displays a positive offset in percentage.
Here it is calculated whether the actual consumption is greater than the planned one: (100*Used/Planned)-100.

 

Percentage of offset quantities and values is not calculated where planned quantity equals 0.
