According to the Act Regulating the Minimum Wage, the Method of Wages Adjustment and Reinbursment for Annual Leave in the Period from 1999 to 2001 /ZMPUPR/
(the Official Journal of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 39/1999, 59/1999, 44/2000, 124/2000, 48/2001)
, the difference to minimum salary is assessed for those employees who received salary lower than the specified minimum. The difference in question is paid for.
The difference to minimum salary which is paid out is the basis for employer and employee contributions of the Pension and Disability Insurance Act. Enter it in form REK 1. That is, the minimum salary was paid for and should be entered under section 104 of form REK-1 together with gross salary.
To account for difference to minimum salary, check Payout of Difference to Minimum Salary in Administration Panel and set corresponding earnings type.

The earnings type is paid for (just like regular pay)!
To account for difference set earnings type by
- selecting P - Salary (regular work) (I - Compensation under the regulations for pension and disability insurance)
- selecting work type, RD - Regular work.
In addition you have to set formula for gross amount in Employee Files. Use it to calculate the amount for full-time work.
Examples of account:
1. The employee fulfils full-time hours worked norm (160), and the gross amount calculated using the formula is 417.29 EUR (100.000 SIT). The minimum salary is 465.21 EUR (111.484 SIT).

2. The employee worked for 80 hours and was absent for work because he or she was on sick leave for another 80 hours. The gross amount calculated using the formula is 417.29 EUR (100.000 SIT). The minimum salary is 465.21 EUR (111.484 SIT).
