Add Movements

The functionality of adding movements greatly simplifies the creation of an invoice. By using this feature, all data from the lines of the selected document or set of documents is copied and a new record (or new records) can be created from them.

Documents that can be added to POSX: Customer Orders, Inter-Warehouse Transfer, POSX documents. This chapter introduces how to create a receipt from an already created sales order end customer.

Case summary
The person responsible has created a sales order to customer Marc Camper for INDIAN TENT 1. Marc confirmed the order by e-mail and came in for the receipt. The receipt is created as follows:
  1. Opening Sales Order End Customer
  2. Selecting Operation: Add Document/Lines
  3. Reviewing Created Receipt and Invoice Payment
  4. POS Invoice Payment and Printing the Receipt

1. Opening Sales Order End Customer

The person responsible opens the menu Orders | Sales Orders  | 0120 – Sales order End customer.
