Additional Settings

The Additional Settings form is used to view additional settings in the Work done form.
This form shows four sections displaying additional information about work done on a particular operation.

Below is description of the form’s sections:
Work history

Displays the information on the employee who carried out the work, when the work was started, how much time was spent for work, how many pieces were produced (good piece, piece for repair, and piece for scrap) and notes.
- Pieces: Piece type and quantity are displayed with an icon.
– Displays the quantity of good pieces produced.
– Displays the quantity of pieces for repair.
– Displays the quantity of scrap pieces.

Note

In the Note, employee can enter a note. They can also check already entered notes about the work completed was recorded.

Material
|
Clicking this section shows which materials are needed to complete the operation and the quantity of each material.

Finish task
|
If the toggle button Finish task is enabled, the status of the operation changes to Finished upon clicking the button Confirmation (section 5.3).
The servicing WO status changes automatically when the planned quantity is reached.
