Calendar view

On the Calendar view form, the task data is displayed graphically in the calendar mode. You can add or edit tasks execution using the right-click on the mouse. Tasks are easily moved around the calendar using the 'drag&drop' method.
The form is accessed on To-do form.

The form is made up of certain elements and functionalities, which are described below.
On the calendar, the name and the status icon of the task are displayed. If you hover over the task with mouse cursor (no clicking required), program displays additional information about the task in a pop-up window.

Buttons Previous appointment (left) and Next appointment (right) of the calendar allows you to skip the calendar period display to the previous or next event. This way you do not have to search the whole calendar.

HINT
The color of the task to be displayed on the calendar is set when the task is created in the Task Type tab on the Task form. For a more detailed description, read the chapter Task type.

Right-clicking on the calendar offers the following functionalities:

New task

Opens the Task form, which allows you to create a new task. After it has been created, the task appears on the calendar.

Show 7 days
|
Displays the 7-day period of the calendar. The display applies to the current week starting Monday.

Show 14 days
|
Displays the 14-day period of the calendar. The display applies to the current week starting Monday.
|
Reset Appointments
|
Removes the period you have specified to display on the calendar and captures the full dataset of task data.

Right-clicking on a task offers the following functionalities:

Open task
|
Opens the Task form, which allows you to edit this task.
|
Close task
|
Closes the task and changes task status to Done.
|
Cancel task
|
Cancels the task, which means that the task will not be carried out.
