Command line in Travel order

The command (top) line in Travel orders has two tabs which represent two parts of the Travel orders submodule:

  1. New travel order – opens by default and shows an empty form to enter a new travel order.
  2. List of travel orders – contains a list of all documented travel orders, where you can see only your own travel orders.

In the top right corner, there is a button Save  to save the current travel order.

As soon as you save any data, or if you open an existing document, the command line changes and shows more action buttons:

New

Opens an empty form for a New travel order.

Duplicate

Duplicates the opened travel order and makes a new one with the same lines, but empty fields for vehicle, and the amount to be paid.

Save

Saves any changes in the opened document.

Print

Enables saving and printing the document.

X (Cancel)

Discards changes, closes the form, and jumps to the List of travel orders.
