Create New Daily Plan
In the Daily plan form, the person responsible in charge of planning can create a daily plan for workers after production shifts.
With Daily planning, the person responsible will allocate their resources in the production process more easily, and achieve100% production capacity more efficiently.
Below, see a use case for creating a new Daily Plan.
The person responsible selects Daily plan/HDP0 Daily plan from the Manufacturing menu.

In the Toolbar of the Daily plan form, the person responsible selects the
(New) button.
A new document opens, where the person responsible can enter the necessary information:

- Date: date of the daily plan.
- Shift: the person responsible selects the shift from the dropdown menu. In this case, the person responsible selects the first shift.
- From/To: the time from-to is automatically transferred from the selected shift, defined in the working hours regime.
- Department: from the dropdown list, the person responsible selects the department that will be associated with this daily plan, in this case, it's the Manufacturing department.
Then, the person responsible selects the manager, who is responsible for planning the working hours of their subordinate employees.
Finally, person responsible selects the Status from the dropdown menu, in this case Planned.
When the person responsible clicks the
(Post edit) button, the available resources are added to the daily plan automatically.

On the right side of the form, there is a list of work orders and employees that the person responsible opens by clicking the form.


A new section appears, where the person responsible can filter work orders by the completion date.

For faster searching, the person responsible also uses the status bar, where they select work orders by their status, whether they are Not started, In progress, Delayed or High Priority.

The person responsible selects the orders that are in progress. By clicking the
(eye) button, the person responsible opens a list of operations that appear on the work order.

The person responsible transfers the operation to the appropriate resource using the drag-and-drop method.

After that, the person responsible clicks the
(Select Employee) button to choose an employee for the defined operations, based on the planned, subordinate, free, or all employees in the company.
Additionally, the person responsible selects Employees based on skill, department, and resources. In this case, the person responsible selects available employees from the Manufacturing department.

With the drag-and-drop method, the person responsible defines the worker who will work on a specific work order and resource.

Afterward, in the calendar, the person responsible can see the planned operations.
