Edit Confirmed Documents

The Edit Confirmed Documents tab allows you to set whether selected user can edit confirmed documents on the selected document type. Permissions can be set for already confirmed documents.

The tab can be accessed as a subtab on the Permissions tab on Document Types.

The tab is made up of certain elements, which are described below.

Table of contents

  1. Document table
  2. Permission console

1. Document table

Search

Inactive field.

Name

Unique ID of document type.

The document type ID is preceded by a permission icon, which is set on the right side in the permissions console.

Title

Title of document type.

2. Permission console

Permissions console allows you to copy confirmation permissions from another user or to set permissions on a selected status.

A detailed description of the elements and features on the form is described in chapter Permissions on individual user panel in Users.

Hint

Usage of basic permissions:

  • None - user has no permission on already confirmed document.
  • Read - user has permission to read already confirmed document.
  • Write - user has permission to update/write already confirmed document.
  • Delete - user has full permissions on the already confirmed document.

Defined If checked (), the authorization status is defined, which means that some basic permissions have already been set or the user has no permissions.
