Entering work records

In the tab My records of the Personnel Granules, you can record your working time, lunch break, any private or business exits, the projects or departments your are working on, etc. You can access your records anywhere, that is either at work, in the field or from home.

Below is a example of how to use the Personnel Granule.
After logging in to PANTHEON Web, the person responsible selects Work records from the main menu.
Then, the person responsible clicks on the tab My records in the command line.
The window for recording working hours opens.
At the bottom of the window, the person responsible can see the information on the leave assigned, used and remaining, as well as the hours planned, actual and accounted.

The field Balance shows the shortfall or surplus of working hours for a given period.

To start the recording of working hours, the person responsible clicks the icon Regular work in the window header.
In the list, a new work obligation entry with the current date appears.
The field Start shows the time when the given work obligation was selected.
A timer starts running in the window header, recording the time of the currently selected work obligation.

To the work obligation line, the person responsible enters the department and cost center or project they are currently working on.
This is done by clicking in the field Department in the work obligation line and selecting Manufacturing from the list.
In the field Cost ctr., the person responsible starts typing to find and select the cost center SPECIAL_ORDERS.

The person responsible also records a lunch break.
This is done by selecting the icon Lunch break in the command line.
In the main list, a new line Lunch break appears and the field Start shows the time when this work obligation was selected.
The timer in the window header is reset and starts recording the time of the newly selected work obligation.
The time in the field End of the previous work obligation Regular work is populated automatically.

After returning to the workplace from a lunch break, the person responsible again clicks the icon Regular work in the window header and resumes their work.
The person responsible has an urgent private task to attend to during working hours. In agreement with their superior, the person responsible leaves the workplace and returns after finishing the private task.
The private exit is recorded by clicks the icon Private exit in the command line.

After returning to the workplace, the person responsible clicks the icon Regular work icon again.
At the end of the working day, the person responsible clicks the icon Departure to end the time recording for that working day.
By selecting the icon
(i) in the working day line, the person responsible can check the data on the different times and the balance for the selected working day.
