Documentation

The Documentation module in PANTHEON can be accessed via the menu Settings | Documentation.
Documentation brings together eWorkflows, eDocumentation and eExchange in one place. It is integrated on all PANTHEON forms and allows you to easily view, import, export and process documents in PANTHEON.

The Documentation module includes the following features:
Documents

The Documents form gives you central control over all documents in the documentation by enabling you to view, edit, import into and export documents from the documentation.

Classification Scheme
|
Classification Scheme is the basic and most important plan for the management of documentary material. It defines in great detail the hierarchy of documentation, its type and its purpose, the period of its retention, and the way it is numbered or labelled.

Exchange Settings
|
Exchange Settings facilitate "understanding" between the two systems, PANTHEON and an external system (e.g. the single platform for electronic business – bizBox).
In the Exchange Settings module, you can define the connection codes that enable the two-way data exchange between the systems.

Send SMS or Email |
The SMS or Email feature is used to send SMS messages or emails to the Subjects entered in the Subjects register notifying them appointments, delivered products or other important information. |
Workflow Design
|
eWorkflow enables you to manage the daily business processes in your company faster and better. Routine, repetitive tasks that are often very time-consuming are optimized, simplified and automated using this tool. By automating your business processes, you can also reduce the chance of errors and ensure better data security.

To-Do
|
To-Do, i.e. the list of tasks in PANTHEON, allows the users to work in a systematic way. The task list reminds the user of the work assignments to be completed within a given deadline. In case of user's absence, it is possible to delegate the tasks to another user as the new person responsible for the task.
