Send SMS or E-Mail (Notify contacts)

The Notify Contacts form is used for sending SMS or e-mail messages to subjects entered in the Subjects register.

The form is accessible through the menu Settings | Documentation | Send SMS or Email.

WARNING For this feature to function correctly, you must define the following settings: Import eWorkflow SMS and e-mail notifications. Import and set the eSMS Service Inbox. Activate eExchange services. The detailed process is described in the chapter Settings for SMS and e-mail notifications.

Below, see a description of the Notify Contacts form and its elements.

1. Taskbar: The taskbar is located on all PANTHEON forms at the top of the program window.
2. The form contains three tabs:

• Settings: On this tab, enter the title of the message you are sending and define the sending method.
• Send message: Define the contents of the message, recipients to whom you are sending the message, and send the message massively.
• Documents: Provides an overview of the sent contents, which is saved to Documentation. In the overview, all message data and potential errors while sending are visible.
