Review and edit documents

PANTHEON DMS Add-in allows quick review and editing PANTHEON documents directly in Microsoft Word.
Thanks to Add-in you can now easily access PANTHEON Documentation when you are using Microsoft Word.
This chapter describes how to review and edit documents with PANTHEON DMS Add-in.
While using Word he opens PANTHEON DMS Add-in by selecting the Add-in button
on the right site of Microsoft Word toolbar.
PANTHEON Classification list opens.

He continues with the selection of the appropriate classification.
He would like to find specific contract therefore, he is interested in classifications related to contracts.
To narrow the selection, he enters a "contract" in the search box
He then selects from a narrowed list the Classification: Contracts with suppliers.

This opens Documents list for selected Classification.
Here he can see all saved Word documents on this Classification.
He selects the contract document he wants to review and edit to open it in Office editor window.

In the next step he review and edit document and its data.
In Office editor window selected document opens.

On the document he changes the address of the supplier on the document.

He continues to review document details.
On the tab Details he reviews document data.

On the tab Connected he reviews data linked to document.

HINT
Connections tab, all connections with the document that the open file belongs to are shown. For every connection, the connection key, subject name, and subject code are visible.

On the tab Matadata he reviews and edit additional document data.

Metadata shows different fields and values depending on the setting on the Classification.

After entering all the data, the he saves document in the PANTHEON Documentation by clicking the Save button.

The updated document is immediately visible in PANHEON program.
