Tasks

This is where the most work in CHRONOS is done.

First, create a new task by clicking the + button or pressing the Insert key.

Each task has the following fields.

ID The ID number of the task. It is assigned automatically.
Začetek
(start)		 The date and time when the task was started.
Vrsta
(type)		 The task type.
Subjekt
(subject)		 The subject to which the task is related. Only subjects that exist in the Subjects register can be selected. If the task is of a type that requires subject input, an error is returned if no subject is specified.

Selecting a subject with outstanding items will also return an error

The Documents panel in the Subjects register also includes CHRONOS's tasks.
Čas
(duration)		 The total time spent on the task. Time tracking can be resumed by pressing the F12 key, and stopped with the F11 key (or from the Chronos menu).
S
(finished)		 Check this when the task is finished.
Datum
(date)		 The date comes in three color with different meanings.
  • black - task is finished and is ready to be billed;
  • red - task is not finished (today and earlier);
  • blue - task is not finished (postponed).
Opis
(description)		 The description of the task.
Opomba
(note)		 The note for the task.
