In the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Manufacturing |General of the MF Manufacturing module you can determine following type of parameters: active fields, additional parameters and cost price calculation.

 

Active Fields

In this section you can determine active field which will appear in the General sub-tab of the Materials tab of Basic BOM.

Scrap Here you can select if the Scrap field will be active in the General sub-tab of the Materials tab of Basic BOM and in Plan.
Waste Here you can select if the Waste field will be active in the General sub-tab of the Materials tab of Basic BOM and in Plan.
Scrap and Waste Included in Quantity If you select this option, scrap and waste are included in the quantity - standardized quantity is defined as gross quantity. The parameter will display if either Scrap or Waste parameter is selected.
Scheduling If you select this option, the Start Date field of the plan will be active, and you will be able to make scheduled planning.
Regulations If you select this option, the program will display the Regulations tab in the Operations tab of all types of bills of materials.
Resources If you select this option, the program will display the Resource field in the Operations tab of all types of bills.

Additional Parameters

In this section you can set additional parameters. Available are following parameters:

Show Tools for Operations (u) When reporting work slips the program will also display tools for operations.
Show Small Tools for Operations (u) When reporting work documentation the program will display small tools for operations:

- report of work slips;

- report of compound document.

Add Table for Issues to Requisition (u) On the report of the issue slip of the work order the program will add a table where you can manually enter data about issues to regulations.
Show Regulation for Resources (u) On reports of the work slips the program will display regulations for resources.
Print Testing Rule for Operation (u) On reports of the work slips the program will display regulations for the operation.
Doc. Type for WO Created from Items Register If you select this option, the program will when creating work orders in depth of the BOM structure , adopt document types from the items register as document types of child work orders (or bill of material ), or a document type of a parent work order which you would like to create.
Compound Goods and Services as Phantoms If you select this option, compound goods (C) and compound services (U) will function as phantom assembly (imaginary assembly).
Turn on product variant production If you select this option it will enable product variants production in combination with other additional parameters.
Turn on Sub- Contracting


If you select this option it will enable to connect work orders with received consolidate invoice from subcontractor in combination with other additional parameters.

Cost Price Calculation

Cost Price Calculation in Unfinished Work Orders In this section you can choose between two possibilities:
  • Based on Planned Production - cost price of the completed product will be calculated on the basis of the entire planned usage for a work order. This usage will be divided among all planned items of this work order.
  • Based on Actual Production - cost price of the completed product will be calculated on the basis of the up to now entered usage for the requirements of the work order. This usage will be divided on the up to now received items of this work order.
Aditional parameters for calculating cost price

In this section you can choose between two Options:

  • In case of negativeStock use last purchase price - with this option planedproduction price is calculated based on last purchase price when stock is 0 or negative
  • Evaluate waste -> if option is selected program will evaluate waste else waste will be evaluated with 0
