AutoDoctoring for sending Birthday cards
With the help of AutoDoctoring for Task Autorun we can fill Birthday cards, where we select AD Type Send Birthday Card.
At successful AutoDoctoring birthday cards are going to be send automatically with the predefined template of a birthday card.

For successful execution of AutoDoctoring we set in Execution Run process At PANTHEON Start.

Execution

In case we have selected type Send Birthday card than in the Execution tab in the field Run we set when the task will be executed.

Parameters

In this tab there is no settings for parameters.

Users

We select user or users
|

Result Recipients
|
We select recipient or recipients.
|
Every time we start Pantheon a new window Birthday cards will be opened:

Document
|
We enter a path to the Word file for import.
|
|
Subject
|
In this filed we enter the subjects name that will be in the email.
|
|
Registration No.
|
The registration Number from employee files is transferred.
|
|
Employee
|
The Number from Header from employee files is transferred.
|
|
First name
|
Name from General from employee files is transferred.
|
|
Last name
|
Last Name from General from employee files is transferred.
|
|
Date of Birth
|
Date from the birth information from General from employee files is transferred.

|
E-mail
|
E-mail from Header from employee files is transferred.
It is important that employee has his or hers e-mail entered otherwise we will not be able to send birthday card to the employee and will not appear in the form Birthday cards.

We select to which employee we would like to send Birthday Card/s.
