Shortcuts to forms

Shortcuts in PANTHEON are used to access forms more quickly. Instead of selecting a certain function or form in the menu structure, we create a shortcut for the form in the toolbar.
By clicking on the shortcut, PANTHEON will open the selected form in the same way as if we had selected it from the menus.
Shortcuts to forms are created by the user. The shortcuts are written in the user's profile settings, so that each user, regardless of which computer they log in on, has their own familiar environment. You can create as many shortcuts as you like.

HINT
To where a certain shortcut leads can be determined from the icon, which is the same as the icon of the related form. If we hover the mouse over the icon, the name of the related form is written out in the toolbar.

There are two types of shortcuts for forms:
- shortcuts to registers, which only have the form of an icon; and
- shortcuts to documents, which are represented by a document group icon (e.g., Goods | Issue | Document) and a three-digit document type code.

Warning
Opening the forms through shortcuts or from the menu is identical.
