How upgrading affects databases

How upgrade affects databases

PANTHEON user, that starts Clotho for PANTHEON upgrade, must have sysadmin permissions on SQL server. If user doesn't have sysadmin permissions and tries to execute Pantheon upgrade, an error message is displayed.

Pantheon upgrade affects only selected Pantheon databases. If there are other databases on SQL server that are not used by Panthon program, they are not affected. Before upgrade Clotho checks the existance of table tPA_SysParamSys in database. If table does not exist, database cannot be upgraded and will not be listed as database on server in Clotho.
