Example: Let us say you want to create salary calculation only for employees of position MARKETING.

Move pointer over Position field and click to open filter list.

Then check MARKETING. Now only those employees working at this position will appear in payroll preparation.

In header of payroll preparation appear the following two buttons for calculating and deleting payroll calculation for selected employees.
