Group disposals

Group animal disposals

Pantheon enables user ti dispose animals in groups. This ca be done through:

With click on button  a window for animal disposal opens

 This information are sufficient for ''internal'' disposals like:

  • Death,
  • Slaughterhouse, for home use,
  • Slaughterhouse, for tourism.
  • Departure, other.
  • Slaughterhouse, for processing.
  • Home slaughter.

Beside this, you can choose other types of disposals, where software requires more information.

  • Sale for rearing.
  • Sale for slaughter.

In these cases, window is expanded.

In Animal Disposed, user eneter date of disposal.

If he marks Mass Disposal, he can add more animals in one disposal and window will look like this below. Through this, he firts chooses a holding, from which he will dispose animals (one holding per disposal). After that, he chooses a breed of animals, that he would like to dispose (more tha one per disposal). For each breed, list of animals on holding is listed. He ticks individual animal and total number is calculated per breed.

When user marked all animals, he inserts information about accounting data, date of document (can be different as date of disposal) and a price. He can either insert total price for whole disposal, or can insert price by individual animal. Eitherway, price is caluculated bothways.

After that, user inserts information about new owner. If he has soter owner in Subjects, he can choose new owner from the list. If not, he can insert new owner by clicking on button  

In this section he inserts all relevan information about new owner. This owner is than also stored in Subjects.

After user clicks Save, data are saved and document is created automatically.

After he saves information, he has two possibilities to withdraw disposal:

  • Cancel disposal: this function will cancel disposla and delete all documents (not to be used with sales documents as you will loose document traceability).
  • Reverse: this function will cancel disposal and cancel documents (storno). Documents will stay in the database, but stock will be updated.
