If you in the Personnel | Calendars select the Absence Overview option, the
program will open a calendar table. In this table you can track absences of an
individual employee that you can select from the lookup list.
In the Wizards menu, you can choose among three options:
New Absence,
Delete Absence
and Edit Absence.
You can browse through the table with a click on the arrows,
- pointing to the left and
pointing
to the right. Depending on the year, you would like to see on the screen.
Prav tako lahko prikličemo mesec tako, da kliknemo z miško na mesec in odpre se nam
tabela, kjer lahko izberemo mesec. Ko izberemo določen mesec se nam ta pokaže
tam, kjer smo ga želeli. Enako velja za letnico.

In the header you can in the Filter field select the record types by the
statuses
of employees.
You can also select the All Statuses option. |

- All Records - The program will display all calendars;
- 000 - Main Company Calendar;
- 001 - Company
Calendar;
- 002 - Positions;
- 201 - Leave, Sick Leave;
- 200 - Planned Working Hours;

Hours;
- 220 - Interviews;
- 400
- Trips.

Working Saturdays

If you select this option, the program will at the entry included Saturdays
as well. If you have already selected this option in the
employee files, the program will also display
it in the Absence Overview form.

used as sick leave and was longer than 30 days.

| Absence due to other reasons not mentioned above.

can set colors for the individual absence type!

| To see absence for an individual employee you must first run the
calculate annual leave function in the
Personnel | Employee files | Absence | Leave Parameters panel!

| Leave panel selected the Active Employees in Calendar option, the program
will display only active employees.
Active employees are those who have selected in the header
of the employee files the Active option. |
