AutoDoctoring allows you to set up a variety of operations that check the consistency of data and thus reduced the possibility of human error.

Line
The consecutive number of the operation.
TypeThe type of the operation. Select one from the list.
  • Delete Old Records in Undo Tables
  • Delete Duplicate Records in Undo Tables
  • Referential Integrity Check
  • Items with Negative Stock
  • Unposted Trips
  • Unbalanced Journal Entries
  • Unposted Issued Invoices
  • Unposted Received Invoices
  • Unposted Payments
NameThe name of the operation as it should appear in the notification.

 

Execution Tab

Specify when the operation should be started.

  • At PANTHEON Start - the task will be run at every logon into PANTHEON.
    This type requires no additional parametes.

  • At Specified Time - the task will be run at the specified date and time.
    Type in the date and, if required, time or select it from the date and time picker.

  • Recurring - the task will be run on a regular basis, starting at the specified date and time.
    Type in the date and, if required, time or select it from the date and time picker. Set the repeat interval under Repeat Every.

  • Every n-th of Month - the task will be run on the set day of the month.
    Type in on which day of the month the task should be run.

Parameters Tab

Here you can specify parameters for the selected operation. The parameters differ from operation to operation.

Users Tab

On the left is a list of all program users, on the right are the users for which the currently selected operation is active (active users).
Add a user by double-clicking him/her or use the buttons between the lists.

Result Recipients Tab

On the left is a list of all program users, on the right are the users which should be notified when the selected operation found something.
Add a user by double-clicking him/her or use the buttons between the lists.

Click the Test button to run the selected operation.

 

Notification

When an operation finds something the selected result recipients will receive a task in the Task List.
