Working Hours
|
Set a corresponding working hours regime. You can select among the following:
- Full-Time - Permanent - Length of service is calculated according to the entered dates of employment start and employment end.
- Full-Time - Temporary - Select it and the working hours will be calculated according to the following formula: That is, multiply days of length of service of an insured person (insurance period) by weekly working hours (data entered in Positions of Employment), and divide the result by weekly working hours of a person liable for contribution (data entered in Program Parameters). The obtained result is then divided by 30 so that you get the period expressed in months and days.
- Apprentice - Select it for persons whose apprenticeship is included in the insurance period where a 12-month apprenticeship period equals a 6-month insurance period.
- Part-Time- Select it when an employee works part-time with less than a 36-hour weekly work requirement (e.g. It is suitable for female employees working part-time till their child's fulfilled third year.). In this case the Hours per Week field is enabled in the Salary Parameters panel in Employee Files so that you can enter a less than 36-hour weekly requirement. The program calculates length of service as has been mentioned above.
- Short-Time Work - Select it when an employee works a job with 40-hour weekly work requirement (that is, if working hours range between the 36- and 39-hour weekly requirement). In this case the Hours per Week field is enabled in the Salary Parameters panel in Employee Files so that you can enter a weekly work requirement between 36 and 39 hours. The program calculates length of service as has been mentioned above.
