Help menu is opened by clicking the help button that can be found on most forms. It provides access to files and online help for information and support:

Opens Help for the currently selected form (report, register, etc) and allows you to access notes, plan and other related information.
Double-click
the help icon in taskbar to do the same.

Forums |
Opens a forum website where you can view user Q&A topics related to the currently selected form. |
HelpDesk |
Connects you to Datalab UserSite where you can then submit a query to your support, view answers to your queries and view query history (see
HelpDesk). |
Remote Support |
Allows remote support - that is, your support provider can view and check user desktop via the Internet. |
Internal Regulations |
Allows access to internal company regulations.
