In the Personnel | Payroll | Payroll Preparation are as many different payment types as you have defined in the Document Types Settings where you can also set basis parameters for the calculation of the certain payment type.

The form of the payroll preparation has four main sections:

• Taskbar
• Header
• Employee Details and

The section below which contains panels:

• Preparation - a panel with the payroll preparation for the selected employee;
• Credits - a panel with the currently active credits of the selected employee;
• Errors - a panel with error of the payroll;
• Payment Orders - a panel for the creation of payment order for the payroll;
• Posts - a panel for the automatic posting of salaries;
• Summary - a panel for the overview of the summarized values for the payroll and contributions of all employees.
